Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average processing time is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), and the average delivery time is 4-6 business days (Mon-Fri). This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to significantly save on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The expected delivery time has been exceeded; where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track Your Order. If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
Question: I am missing some products from my order; how did that happen?
Answer: Since we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: Shipping costs for orders are 100% free to the United Kingdom.
Exchanges and Returns
Question: I am not satisfied with my order; can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days of receipt.
Question: I want to return an item; what should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags still attached. The product must show no signs of use.
A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.
Tracking and Tracing
Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Answer: In the confirmation email. On this page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.
Question: The Track & Trace code provides no information; why is that?
Answer: From the moment your package has arrived at the postal company, the Track & Trace data is available. Please note that there may be a slight delay between the shipment of the package and the updating of your order.
